Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.

  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • AlifAin is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. Please review our size guide carefully before making a purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alifain025@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where possible.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
