All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you receive an incorrect or defective item. If your order arrives with the wrong size, the wrong product, or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at alifain025@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item received

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where possible.

Please note:

• Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or unwanted items.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
